ran 8 miles med pace.
A very pleasant morning run for January, it was 40 degrees a little wind 16mph and I am glad Jackie Blair came out to run.

SATURDAY, JANUARY 16, 2010Today was my long run day. We ran one of my favorite routes and that's Long Pine and Franklin. It's a hill run very challenging. Here is the link to the route .http://www.usatf.org/routes/view.asp?rID=7946 (Echo Road is not shown on that route.)

Ran 18.5
went to the gym afterwards and and did some weights, just the legs. It's late now and I'm feeling the soreness.

FRIDAY, JANUARY 15, 2010
Today was really a rest day but I decided to go for a 1 mile swim. I think I ran out of time and it was a little less than a mile.

THURSDAY JANUARY 14, 2010
Slept in this morning after work got on the trainer for 1 hours then ran 3 miles. I haven't done a brick workout in a long time and it felt really good.

TUESDAY, JANUARY 12, My Birthday
I ran 2 quick miles then did 8 hill repeats at Mikes Stones.
I then swam 30 laps at Bally's which was just over a half a mile.
When I got home from work I did an hour on the trainer.

MONDAY, JANUARY 11
I went out to run it was 18 degrees and the wind was 16mph. No one showed up and I decided to give it a try I ran one mile and called it quits. So no additional workout.

Saturday, January 9
Ran 15 mile in 17 degree weather at Palmer. Went to the gym ran 1.5 on tread mill to get in some hill work, then weights: bench press and leg workout.
