I am training to participate in a Triathlon event as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop cancer from taking more lives. I'm completing this event in honor of my G-Ma (RIP) and all individuals who are battling cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!

Anna E. loves her great gran and her great gran loves Anna.

This was simply a kodak moment.

Okay there has been a big demand for more pictures of Anna E.

Day 3 at home sleeping peacefully with moma. Is not this a beautiful site. Alas they sleep and daddy works. I guess I am going to need another job.

Thank you everyone who prayed for the Carr's and continue to do so.

May the Lord Jesus bless Ma Phyllis, the great grandmother of Anna. She has been such a god send, carring for my wife during this pregnancy of 7 months of bedrest. She worked endlessly and I will never be able to express what she means to me for just being here. Please pray her strength in the Lord and may God make her a continuel blessing giving her health and strenth to endure. I know she is ready to go back home to Bermuda and get out of cold Michigan.



Well I wanted twin boys and I got bless with what God wanted me to have. Truly we all should pray not our will be done ,but God's will. Who knows what blessing this child will have instore for us but best be sure I am buying another gun something with long range.

Anna, from 2Ch.34:22; the Gospel of Luke 2:36 which means GRACE, she was of the trib of Asher (anyone know the connection?). Anna was a prophetess who after her husband died, for 84 years served God faithfully in the temple with fasting and praying night and day.

Evelyn, this is the name of the greatest and most godly woman I have every known. My mother who died when I was fourteen.

As you can see she's a tiny thing, my half a loaf of bread weighing only 5lbs and 13 oz at 18 inch long with big feet and lots of hair. As you can see her hands are already praising The LORD GOD her creator. Now I must testify how could anyone abort what God has called into being. You can't say God create's life and it's a woman's wright to take a life. Last I checked there is only one God and his name if you didn't know is JESUS!


Now in this pic, notice the phone that's Shiquita's mom who could be there physically but she heard every moan, and Anna's first cry of relief because she has been trying to get out of mommy for 7 months.

I guess I was wrong because 5 hours after we got to the hospital Shiquita water broke and Anna Evelyn Carr was born 11-10-06 at 5:27 a.m. My wife had difficulty holding this child during pregnancy but when it was time to deliver she was a trooper. Natural birth with no pain meds. I didn't even get curses out or hear any inflamitory remarks unlike some of the stories I've heard.
Yes that is me cutting the cord, something I said I wouldn't do but peer pressure was on from a room full of doctors and nurses.

Last family photo before we go to the hospital, she still doesn't look likes she's in Labor. But what the eyes couldn't see was a five centermeter cervics.

We had to get another picture of this belly at 36 weeks, I think! Why do everyone ask how many weeks rather than months as if I don't have enough to keep up with. Counting weeks is just too much after the first three months.

Okay it Nov. 09, 2006 Shiquita is in labor at this very moment, she wants to go to the hospital now but I want to go take a nap for a few hours then we can go to the hospital. After all Ma Phyllis and I think it's a false alarm. Little did we know!
