My Triathlon training is going well this past weekend we had a mini TRI: half mile swim, 50min. spin, and a 4 mile run. I did well. The big event is April 29, 2007 in St. Pete, Fl. ASLEEP!

The Most common asked question is does she keep you up at night? Anna is already a blessing to her daddy. After day two or three she has been a good sleeper. Daddy of course goes to bed a lot earlier than Shiquita and Anna but she sleeps until I get up around 5am or after I'm gone to the gym.






Watching her sleep is a beautiful experience, something maybe only a parent can know. I still can't believe I have a little girl and yes I love her more and more as the days go by.

Do I spoil her? No! but mommy and grandmommy gives her all the attention in the world.

What I don't like is to hear her crying when I come home from work tired and in much need to relax! Can a working man get an AMAN!
